MAFI Design is a Denver based architecture and design studio focused on existing homes, historic properties, adaptive reuse, ADUs and thoughtful new construction rooted in a deep sense of place.

Our work is grounded in history, care and adaptation. We look closely before designing - studying existing conditions, materials, context, everyday life and the stories already held within a building.

As a small studio, we bring together design vision, research, documentation, interiors, technical coordination and architectural strategy to create spaces that feel connected to what came before while supporting how people live now.

Our recent work includes LPC approved rehabilitation, addition, ADU and adaptive reuse packages for Denver properties with historic character and complex design needs.
